By accessing or using FarmLendly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

If you use FarmLendly on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

You may use FarmLendly only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or use the services in a way that could harm FarmLendly or other users.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering, onboarding, applying for services, or managing products and account settings. You are responsible for keeping your information up to date.

Finance partners, merchants, agents, and other business users are responsible for ensuring that their use of FarmLendly complies with applicable laws, licensing requirements, lending rules, and regulatory obligations.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of FarmLendly at any time, with or without notice, including features, integrations, onboarding requirements, or access to portions of the service.

We do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.

FarmLendly and its associated content, designs, branding, code, graphics, and materials are owned by FarmLendly or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the platform.

FarmLendly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except to the extent such disclaimers are not permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FarmLendly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

We may suspend or terminate access to FarmLendly if we believe you have violated these terms, created risk for the platform or its users, or where suspension or termination is required for legal or compliance reasons.

You may stop using the platform at any time, but provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
